ORA Singers is thrilled to announce the five Graduate Composers selected as part of their inaugural Graduate Composers' Showcase in 2024.

The Graduate Composers' Showcase joins the Young Composers' Scheme and the 100 Commissions Project to complete ORA Singers' pipeline of support for composers at any stage in their career. 

​

The programme offers an opportunity for early career composers to kick-start their portfolios and become commissioned by ORA Singers to write a new choral work. Each Graduate Composer will receive a commission fee and a guaranteed world premiere by ORA Singers.

The selected Graduate Composers each showed a remarkable skillset in composition and a unique compositional voice, and ORA Singers was thrilled to premiere their new works at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama in September 2024.
